Structured Asset Financing Contract
This Master Asset Instalment Financing and Ownership Agreement ("Financing Agreement") sets forth the contractual terms governing the acquisition of prime real estate properties and luxury/electric motor vehicles financed through amortized monthly instalments under the custody of Tassetsvortex Global Wealth Management Group Ltd ("Lender/Custodian") by the registered purchasing client ("Purchaser").
Article 1 — Subject Asset & Purchase Price
The Purchaser contracts to purchase the designated real estate parcel or motor vehicle as itemized on the confirmed Schedule of Assets.
The total purchase obligation consists of:
- Initial Deposit: A mandatory down payment (ranging between 20% and 30% of Total Price) debited from the Purchaser's cash balance upon contract execution.
- Principal Financed Balance: The total price less the initial down payment.
- Monthly Instalments: Fully amortized equal monthly payments spread across the agreed duration (35 months for motor vehicles; 60 months for real estate).
Article 2 — "Pay From Investment Earnings" Mechanism
Where the Purchaser activates the "Pay From Investment Earnings" toggle, the Purchaser authorizes Tassetsvortex to deduct the due monthly instalment from accrued, realized yields residing in the Purchaser's Withdrawable Earnings Wallet.
In the event that available earnings on the monthly due date are insufficient to satisfy the instalment in full, the engine will NOT debit principal or produce an overdraft. Instead, the system alerts the Purchaser to make a supplemental payment via cash wallet or debit card within a fourteen (14) day grace period.
Article 3 — Escrow Title Holding & Legal Conveyance
Title to the financed asset (including Real Estate Freehold Deeds, Land Registries, and Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title / MSO) shall be held in institutional escrow by Tassetsvortex as collateral security until the entire outstanding amortized principal balance has been liquidated to $0.00.
Upon receipt of the final monthly instalment and confirmation of full payoff, Tassetsvortex shall, within ten (10) business days, execute full conveyance and deliver unrestricted legal title deeds or vehicle ownership certificates to the Purchaser.
Article 4 — Purchaser Covenants: Maintenance, Taxes & Insurance
Throughout the active financing tenure, the Purchaser covenants and agrees:
- To maintain comprehensive property hazard, casualty, and flood insurance (for real estate) and comprehensive collision/liability motor insurance (for vehicles) naming Tassetsvortex as loss payee.
- To timely pay all municipal property taxes, vehicle registration fees, road levies, and homeowners association assessments.
- To maintain the physical asset in good operating condition and repair, normal wear and tear excepted.
Article 5 — Default Events & Remedies
An Event of Default shall occur if the Purchaser fails to cure any missed monthly instalment within thirty (30) days following formal notice of deficiency.
Upon an uncured Event of Default, Tassetsvortex retains the legal right to accelerate the remaining outstanding balance, terminate escrow conveyance, and initiate lawful repossession or judicial foreclosure proceedings in accordance with local property law.
